Islamic School of Portland (ISP) aims to provide high quality educational programs which integrate Islamic character and practice, Arabic language, and Academic education. ISP prepares students of diverse backgrounds to become responsible citizens and guides them to develop life skills and interests.

The following are school-wide objectives that we continuously strive to achieve with their students:
  1. To teach their students to strive for excellence in all that they do
  2. To teach the love for Islam, and to teach students to follow the teachings of Quran and the Sunnah by example and through Islamic studies
Curriculum:
The curriculum scope and sequence developed or set by the ISP board and principal must befollowed closely by teachers. Review of the curriculum guides is to be conducted by the subject teacher every year.
